In Vlijmen and its surrounding area people have been eating cakes from Daelmans since 1909. The pastries were handmade by the founder and the local baker Hermanus Daelmans. Throughout the years, the local baker’s business developed into the present international and independent family-owned company.

Daelmans Banket is a market leader on an international level with regard to coconut products and filled puff pastry and is the global market leader in caramel wafers.Continual investment and growth, enables us to make the best pastry, which buyers can trust their label to confidently.

As an independent organization we are able to go accommodate our customers’ individual requirements with speed and flexibility. Our customers consist of large retailers from all over the world. Being H.A.C.C.P. and B.R.C. certified gives our customers the confidence and security of having their products produced to the very highest standards.

Our products are often in private label, available at nearly all the supermarkets in the Netherlands and at many of the large supermarket chains in Europe. Caramel wafers and shortbread cookies are sold nearly all over the world. Mainly caramel wafers are distributed through catering outlets and convenience stores.

At Daelmans we have always worked with great passion which is continuing today among the 200 employees.
